Coming from the airport?

• By train: Catch airport train into city then catch Cleveland train and get off at last stop which is Cleveland. We are a 10 min walk or 5 min taxi ride.

• By Car: Leave airport on the Gateway Motorway and turn off at the 2nd exit after going through the Gateway Toll Bridge. The exit is "Old Cleveland Road", then simply follow signs to Cleveland. Gordon street runs off Shore street.

PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 24 hours or "no show". 1st night tariff will be charged. Cancellation within 48 hours 1st night tariff charged unless room(s) is re-sold. For Peak Periods (Long Weekends, Public Holiday, Special Event weekends and School holidays) and Group Bookings – 2 weeks notice is required for a Full Refund less 10% administration fee per booking. If less than 2 weeks notice is given – Full Refund less 10% administration fee will be refunded if room(s) is resold. Unsold rooms result in the first night’s tariff charged.
